Fully recovered? Let us know and we’ll pick up your comfort kit! Since you won’t have any additional use for the equipment after your recovery, we will schedule a time that works for you to pick-up our comfort kit so you can reclaim your space.

Submit your claim. We will provide you with a receipt to submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement. Although we are unable to guarantee any insurance provider’s coverage, many of our patients are successful with their recovery equipment reimbursements.
