How We Operate

Step 1:

**Planned surgery or dealing with an emergency?** Either way: Order your comfort kit today – ensure your equipment is delivered, set-up and ready for use prior to arriving home from your surgery.

Step 2:

**Equipment delivered! Settle in and get comfortable.** Your comfort kit was assembled to provide you with maximum comfort during your recovery. Enjoy the use of our recovery equipment: binge watch your favourite shows on Netflix, or read any one of our 200 magazine subscriptions on our tablets!

Step 3:

**Fully recovered? Let us know and we’ll pick up your comfort kit!** Since you won’t have any additional use for the equipment after your recovery, we will schedule a time that works for you to pick-up our comfort kit so you can reclaim your space.

Step 4:

**Submit your claim.** We will provide you with a receipt to submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement. Although we are unable to guarantee any insurance provider’s coverage, many of our patients are successful with their recovery equipment reimbursements.
