Planned surgery or dealing with an emergency? Either way: Don't delay and order your comfort kit now – ensure your equipment is delivered, set-up and ready for use prior to arriving home from your surgery.
Step 2
Equipment Delivered! Settle in and get comfortable! Your comfort kit was prepared to provide you with maximum comfort during your recovery. Enjoy the the use of our recovery equipment; binge watch your favourite shows on Netflix or relax and read any one of our 200 magazines on our tablets!
Step 3
Fully recovered? Let us know and we’ll pick up your comfort kit! Since you won’t have any additional use for the equipment after your recovery, we will schedule a time that works for you to pick-up our comfort kit so you can reclaim your space.
Step 4
Submit your claim. We provide you with a receipt to submit to your benefits provider for reimbursement. Many of our patients are successful with their recovery equipment reimbursements.
